John Mark Rozendaal: Viola da Gamba Recital
A program of unaccompanied music for viola da gamba, including works of Schenk and Telemann. Rozendaal's playing has been praised as "splendid" (Chicago Tribune), and "breathtaking" (Sun-Times).

Duo Marchand: A 1770 Musicale
Marcia Young (soprano and harp) and Andy Rutherford (lute) offer a glimpse of domestic music-making in Colonial America, which followed British trends and fashions closely, including the London stage.

BaroQue Across the River:
Sacred and Secular Cantatas
BaroQue Across the River, an ensemble dedicated to period performances in historical settings, makes their Midtown Concerts debut with a program of arias and cantatas by Schütz, Bach and others.

April 23
Asteria: Un Tres Doulx Regard

The acclaimed duo's latest program, drawn from extensive archival research during their sabbatical year in France, reflects the blossoming of the Burgundian song at the turn of the 15th century.

REBEL: Mozart Piano Concerto
The dynamic baroque ensemble REBEL will again feature fortepianist Dongsok Shin, in a performance of Mozart's dazzling Piano Concerto in C major, K. 415.
